Custom starting position of the X axes

Hi, 

I'm working on a graph which should look like as a coordinate system so the Y axes for example should have a range [-3,3] and the X axes from [0,100].

My problem is that my X axes is not drawn in the middle of the Y axes (starting from 0) but from -3.

Is it possible to move the X axis to 0?
